Where does MERIQ operate from?MERIQ operates from Sweden with offices in Stockholm and Trollhättan. Please note that we have different hours of operations as we are located in Sweden. Our normal hours of operation are 8:00AM - 5:00PM Central European Time Monday - Friday, but urgent support is available until 9:00PM Central European Time throughout the week.

Who needs a GDPR agreement with MERIQ, and how do I create one?If you operate within the EU and use MERIQ services, you are required to have a GDPR agreement in place. This ensures compliance with data protection regulations. You can easily generate your GDPR agreement here Print it out and sign it Scan the whole document to a PDF file and name it: GDPR - [your center name] Send the PDF to support@meriq.com with the title: GDPR- [your center name]

How do I set up an Admin account?If you wish to have access to the MERIQ admin portal, please have your point of contact for your center reach out to the MERIQ team (support@meriq.com) to set up a user. If you already have an admin account and want to create another user, then have a look at the next question "How do I add users to the MERIQ admin portal"

How do I add users to the MERIQ admin portalYou can add new users to your admin account by following the below steps: 1. Log in to secure.meriq.com/webadmin 2. Go to "Users" and select "Create New" 3. Enter the name, username, email and password you'd like to use. 4. Save 5. Go to secure.meriq.com/webadmin and click "Send login details by e-email" and enter the e-mail used for the user. 6. The email adress will get a separate email with information on how to log in and reset the password. 7. Log in using the log in details in the email.

How do I add multiple email addresses to receive confirmation emails?Yes you can add multiple email addresses in Admin. 1. Log in to admin: 2. Go to "Settings" 3. Go to the Sub-category “Reservations”. Scroll down to “E-mail confirmation recipients” 4.Add the email addresses you want to receive confirmation emails and separate using a comma (,). Example: exampe@example.com, new@email.com 5. Save 6. Refresh the online reservations page and make a test reservation to confirm that the change has been updated.

How do I turn the system ON or OFFIf you need to turn the system offline for any reason (unexpected construction work, SYNC issues, system not working properly etc.) please follow the steps below: Use the following instructions in MERIQ admin: 1. Log in to the Admin Portal 2. Go to “Settings” 3. Go to the sub-category “System”. Toggle the setting “Allow online reservations” No/Yes to disable or enable the system. 4. Save 5. Refresh the online reservations page to confirm that the edit has been done.

How can I adjust the number of days available in my calendar?Log in to the admin portal Go to "Settings" Go to the sub-category "Reservations" Find "Number of days to show" and change the number next to it to how many days you would like to show and offer. Save

How do I update opening hours or bank/school holidays?If you are making changes to your opening hours, have a special date / date range with alternative opening hours or setting a closed date you can do this yourselves in the admin portal. Opening Hours = The regular opening hours you have Special date = A date when you will have a special opening hour than the regular opening hours. Closed date = a date you are closed 1. Log in to admin 2. Go to “Opening Hours 3. Update normal opening hours if needed. Please note that the updated hours will reflect on the live system once saved 4. To add any special dates, Press “Define alternative opening hours” 5. Select date/dates you would like to change. If it is just one date, use only the left calendar 6. If you wish you can update the date/dates to closed or School/Bank holiday immediately, or you go directly to “Save Changes” 7. Once saved, you can see the date/date range on the page and make changes accordingly. 8. Click “Save Changes” 9. Refresh the site to see that your new opening hours are saved correctly. For example, this center has a month where the center is closed every Friday: The admin system will automatically delete rules for dates that have already passed, so you don't need to delete them yourselves. See below for an example of a center having multiple dates and date ranges defined:

How do I modify the pricing for different reservation packages?To modify the pricing, please send us an email to support@meriq.com and we will help guide you.

Can I set varying rates depending on the day and can I control these rates?Yes you can, please send us an email to support@meriq.com and one in our team will help guide you. The information we need is: For what days is the new rate for? For what time should the new rate start and end? Should it be for bank holidays? Yes/No Should it be for School holidays? Yes/No Do you have different prices for adults and juniors? If yes, please state them. How many hours before the booking are a person allowed to make it?

How do I update or modify specific text within the system?You can update and modify text in Admin. If you are unsure of the correct text, please send us a message at support@meriq.com . 1. Log in to admin 2. Select “Text content” 3. Select what you want to edit, for example Bowling confirmation email. Named "Reservation Mail Bowling": 4. Update Initial text and/or Lower Text (You will see this page with the information of what your confirmation email looks like at the moment.) 5. Save 6. Refresh the online reservations page to confirm that the edit has been done.

How do I get the reservation system to my website?We will provide you an URL link for you to use on your website or Facebook/Instagram. You can also use an iFrame approach, let us know on the onboarding call/when you email us!

Is it possible to integrate the system into my website using an iFrame?Yes we can integrate the system into your website. Let us know that you want to use an iFrame in the onboarding form or/and on our first onboarding call and we will build the system accordingly and provide instructions for the implementation.

How do I create voucher/coupon codes?To add a voucher/coupon code to the system you can email the MERIQ team (support@meriq.com) with the following information: · The voucher/coupon code name, for example "EASTER20" · What the code should do, for example “Take 20% off the order” This could be a discount on the full order or certain products. It can be either a percentage or a set amount. · Between what dates it is valid for · Whether it is for reservations made between the dates or for reservations happening between the dates. · Any additional conditions for using the code, for example “Only for bowling reservations over 4 guests” · Please allow 72 hours for voucher code to be activated by the MERIQ team during office hours. Example of adding a code: Hi, We would like to add a voucher code for Summer 2025. Code: SUMMER25 25% discount off any reservation made between June 1st and July 30th 2025 for bowling reservations over 4 guests.
