Please note that we have different hours of operations as we are located in Sweden. Our normal hours of operation are 8:00AM - 5:00PM Central European Time Monday - Friday, but urgent support is available until 9:00PM Central European Time throughout the week.

If you operate within the EU and use MERIQ services, you are required to have a GDPR agreement in place. This ensures compliance with data protection regulations.

1. You can easily generate your GDPR agreement here

2. Print it out and sign it

3. Scan the whole document to a PDF file and name it: GDPR - [your center name]

4. Send the PDF to support@meriq.com with the title: GDPR- [your center name]
